Return Policy
At Relber, we want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. The following details the conditions and procedures applicable to returns of products purchased through our website.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification.
To exercise this right, the customer must clearly communicate their decision to Relber through the contact methods available on the website.
Conditions for return
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns of products that have been handled, opened, or used will not be accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The customer is responsible for the proper handling of the product while it is in their possession.
Defective products or order errors
In the event that the product received is defective or does not correspond to the order placed, Relber will cover the return and/or replacement costs, provided the incident is reported within a reasonable time from the receipt of the order.
Return procedure
Once the return request has been communicated and accepted by Relber, the customer will be instructed on the procedure to follow for shipping the product.
Relber reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the indicated conditions.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, Relber will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective product or an error on the part of Relber.
Return costs
Unless the return is due to an error by Relber or a defective product, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Exclusions
Products that, for reasons of hygiene, safety, or the nature of the product, are not suitable for return once opened, in accordance with current regulations, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
