How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery times are 24 to 48 business hours, depending on the destination and product availability. During promotional periods or times of high demand, these times may vary.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, provided that the product is in perfect condition and unused, in its original packaging.
Who bears the return costs?
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error, situations in which Relber will assume such costs.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €5 for orders under €35 within Spain. For larger orders, shipping may be free depending on the current terms and conditions. For other destinations, shipping costs may vary depending on the area.
