Purpose
The portal is owned by RELBER, SA with address at C/Barcelones nº30 08140 Caldes de Montbui, with CIF number A58471657, and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona.
RELBER may modify these General Purchase Conditions at any time. The modifications made will not affect in any case the purchases that have been made prior to the approval of said modifications, which will be governed in any case by the General Conditions in force at the time of making those other purchases. It is the user's responsibility to know the General Purchase Conditions in force at the time of the beginning of the Purchase process.
These General Conditions may be supplemented or modified by specific clauses or specific conditions of certain products, especially with regard to the exclusion of rights of withdrawal, exchanges or refunds. Please review the product information carefully for these specific conditions.

By accepting the conditions, the user declares that he or she is of legal age and has sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Purchase Conditions.
Applicable regulations
This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish regulations and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE). The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These General Conditions of Sale may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of their Internet browser and must be read and accepted before completing the purchase.
Registration as user
In order to access the electronic purchase of Kave products, it is not necessary to register as a user of the page ( www.relber.com ), and you can make the purchase without the need for registration.

The user may access the registered users section with their username and password or the means that, in each case, RELBER enables to authenticate users. In their profile, the user will be able to find relevant information such as that relating to previous orders or the shipping address provided.
The user may unsubscribe as such at any time by sending an email to the address: relber@relber.com Unsubscribing as a user will entail the cancellation of their personal user data.
Offer validity period
Without prejudice to the provisions of specific legislation, electronic contracting offers or proposals will be valid for the period established by RELBER or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients.
Purchasing process
The Purchase Process is made up of the following steps:
- Product selection: Browse our page and press the "Add to Cart" button each time you want to add a product to your purchase. The Shopping Cart contains the name of the selected product, the quantity and the price in euros.
- Start of the purchasing process : To start the purchasing process, press the "Process Order" button.
- Filling in the purchase details: Before selecting the payment method, you must fill in your purchase details and correct any errors made when entering data. Once you have verified your details, confirm your order.
- Selection of the payment method: Select the payment method you prefer, accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the corresponding tab, and press the "Complete Purchase" button. At that moment, the contract will be perfected for all purposes.

In any case, RELBER will issue a purchase confirmation by email, within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the purchase order.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer may not modify or cancel the order outside the cases provided for by law or in these General Conditions.
Price, taxes and shipping costs
All prices indicated on the website are referred to in euros and include those taxes and fees applicable to Spanish territory, without prejudice to the fact that the purchase of products from another territory could accrue the corresponding taxes and/or tariffs. RELBER, through the bank details entered by the user on the website, will place a withholding for the final amount of the order.
Shipping costs will appear detailed at the end of the purchasing process, and you must choose the desired shipping method. These shipping costs will be borne by the user in their entirety.

Bill

Delivery
Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday. The user may specify any details related to the shipment, as well as the delivery method according to the options provided by RELBER at any time.
Those shipments made outside the territory of the Iberian Peninsula may entail additional charges regarding the transportation and delivery of the products, which, in any case, will be informed to the user during the purchase process.
The user will acquire ownership of the subject products once the entire agreed price has been paid.
In the event that delivery is not possible, Kave is entitled to cancel the contract due to impossibility of performance and without prejudice to any claims that RELBER may initiate in the event of fraud or fault of the user.
RELBER will not be responsible for the state in which the products are delivered to the user in the event of impossibility of delivery of the order within the agreed period due to causes attributable to the user.
The assumption of the risk by the user with respect to the products will take place at the time of delivery of the same and this regardless of the moment in which the user acquires ownership of the products. Therefore, RELBER will not be responsible for any theft, theft, deterioration, damage or loss of the products that occurs after the delivery of possession of these to the user.
Delivery Responsibility
RELBER does not guarantee the permanent availability of the products, being exonerated from any type of liability as long as it does not result from a willful non-compliance on the part of RELBER, or that is derived from errors in the unavailability of the service of the telematic data transfer networks. foreign to his will.
Likewise, RELBER will be released from compliance with its delivery obligations provided for in Clause 9 above, and declines all responsibility in this regard, in the following cases:

Withdrawal
11.1.- WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, the user has the right of withdrawal, by virtue of which they may return the product received if they verify that it does not meet their expectations.
The exercise of this right of withdrawal is reserved for those users who act as consumers and/or users, in accordance with the definition given by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text. consolidated of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which may be exercised within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from its receipt and according to the official calendar of the place where the good has been delivered. The return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by RELBER only when they correspond to shipments originally destined for the territories of Spain, France and Italy; however, initial shipping costs will not be refunded at any time. In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition, RELBER reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order, and may assume those amounts that the user must pay for non-compliance with the obligations established herein.

11.2.- DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT DURING TRANSPORTATION.

RELBER will bear the shipping costs for the delivery and return of the product.
If the user wishes to return the merchandise with a transport company other than the one proposed by RELBER and the transport company selected by the user offers higher rates, the user will assume the difference in the transport cost.

Warranty
All our products are guaranteed nationally against manufacturing defects for 1 year, except for those products where another period is indicated.
The guarantee is expressly excluded in the following cases:
- Transportation, accidents, improper use and other damages not due to normal use of the product by the customer after delivery of the merchandise. This guarantee only covers transport damage caused before receipt of the material.

RELBER will not be liable for total or partial non-compliance with the obligations derived from this contract or for delay in carrying them out if said non-compliance is due to a circumstance of force majeure, including general, territorial or sectoral strikes, flood, fire, etc
Personal data protection
In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of These data, and in the current regulations applicable at all times, we inform you that your personal data collected through this document will be processed and incorporated into a file owned by Relber, SA in order to comply with the existing commercial relationship between you. and our company.

Intellectual property
RELBER reserves all intellectual property rights over the documentation it provides to the user.
Nullity or voidability and applicable law and jurisdiction
